Phakama Grace Hub
Rise. Empower. Transform.
A Legacy Platform for Sustainable Change in South Africa
📍Ezembuzini, JohannesburgÂ
Home to over 2,000 residents living without formal housing or sustainable income opportunities.  We believe this can change. And we’re building the model to make it happen.

The Vision
Phakama means “Rise Up” in isiZulu and isiXhosa.
The Phakama Grace Hub will be the flagship empowerment site in Ezembuzini: a skills lab, entrepreneurship launchpad, and tiny home pathway designed to move families from survival to stability to ownership.
Our approach is rooted in mutual partnership, respecting and celebrating the rich contributions each culture brings to the table. This is not aid. This is not charity. This is co-building a future with the people of Ezembuzini.
Phase 1: The $35K Lead Investment
Your investment will:
-
Launch the flagship hub — equipped for digital skills training and microenterprise.
-
Build the first 5 tiny homes for selected families in crisis.
-
Sustain the first year of programming in both South Africa and the U.S.
-
Lay the groundwork for a 10-unit eco village that restores economic dignity and stability.
What the Hub Will Deliver
- Skills Lab: 10 laptops (5 in the hub for community use, 5 assigned to the first cohort of tiny home recipients for personal enterprise development).
- Safe spaces for children, including the first-ever jungle gym in the community
-
Virtual Entrepreneurship Training: Marketing, e-commerce, social media, design, virtual assistance, and digital product creation.
-
Leadership Development: Equipping local managers to lead and scale the hub.
-
Pathway to Home Ownership: Clear steps for residents to move from tenancy to ownership.
-
Entrepreneur Network Access: Direct connection to high-performing entrepreneurs, including leaders from the TSP Mastermind community.
Why This Matters
-
For Ezembuzini: From isolation to access. From skills to income. From poverty to ownership.
-
For South Africa: A scalable, replicable model for economic empowerment, housing innovation, and sustainable community transformation.
-
For You: The chance to champion a visible, lasting, and scalable model of African prosperity.
Imagine Sipho, a 22-year-old from Ezembuzini, using his new laptop to launch a graphic design business from his tiny home, moving from survival to employing two neighbors within a year.
